Hi, I'm Alizah (pronounced "Uh-Lee-Zah").

I’m a lifecycle and CRM strategist with 10+ years of experience helping organizations turn customer insight into clear, actionable strategy.

I help B2B/B2C organizations understand their audiences, improve customer journeys, and build lifecycle marketing systems that strengthen trust and drive action.

My work sits at the intersection of data and human behavior. I focus on understanding how people move from awareness to trust to action, and where that journey breaks down.

Across content, account management, and digital strategy, I bring a full-picture perspective that connects insights, systems, and execution.

How I Think About Lifecycle Marketing

I don’t just look at campaigns. I look at the full customer journey and ask questions, such as:

  • Where are people hesitating before taking action?

  • What information are they missing?

  • What emotional or practical barriers are in the way?

I use customer and marketing data, behavioral signals, and audience insights to design lifecycle marketing systems that guide people forward in a way that feels natural, supportive, and intentional.

Mental Health–Aligned Work

I also run a nature-based visual storytelling platform focused on reflection, calm, and emotional grounding.

This work has organically resonated with therapists and mental health professionals, offering insight into how emotionally grounded content builds trust and engagement.
